At FSF Truck Services, we are committed to providing our customers with the best construction materials as quickly as possible. Our delivery policy is designed to ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently and reliably.

 

Delivery Hours

 

Our delivery hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

 

Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. However, delivery time may vary depending on distance, weather, and other factors. 

 

Delivery Area

 

We deliver to the following areas :

• Seminole County

• Orange County

• Osceola County

• Lake County

• Volusia County

Delivery Fees

 

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and type of material ordered. We will provide you with a detailed quote for your order, including delivery fees.

 

Delivery Conditions

• Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure material availability.

• Customers must be present at the delivery site to accept delivery and sign the delivery receipt.

• Customers are responsible for verifying the delivered materials to ensure they match their order.

• Returns or complaints must be reported to our customer service department within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers are responsible for choosing and ordering the correct type and quantity of materials. Once materials are loaded or delivered, the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified.
